Fees & Cancellations

12.1 All fees and charges must be paid in full by credit/debit card at the time of booking.

​

12.2 Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

​

12.3 We reserve the right to refuse to inspect or Report on any vehicle which appears to our engineer not to be of standard production (for example, but not limited to, kit cars), which have been modified or which have not been in regular use. In such circumstances we shall be entitled to refuse to carry out the PML Projects Vehicle Inspection.

12.4 In the event that a cancellation of the PML Projects Vehicle Inspection is made within 24 hours of the date of the proposed inspection by you then a fee of £76 (incl VAT) of the total fee will remain payable. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £30 (incl VAT) if the cancellation is made by you more than 24 hours before the PML Projects Vehicle Inspection is due to take place. The provisions of this clause shall also apply to re-tests.

12.5 Where an inspection is cancelled once the engineer is on his way to attend or has attended the appointment, or you have provided incorrect or incomplete information that has prevented us from carrying out the PML Projects Vehicle Inspection or as otherwise specified in these terms and conditions then no refund of the fee will be made.

12.6 A cancellation must be notified to the Service Support Team by telephoning 07747 827489 - Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm (closed bank holidays). Refunds will be made within 48 hours of the agreed cancellation.
